AC’s 10-Week Building An Integrative Yoga Practice Course starts TONIGHT!


Monday Evenings / 7:45-9:15pm / Uptown

This special series introduces budding and experienced yoga students to Wild Lotus’ integrative approach to yoga that connects body, soul, heart, voice, insight, mind, and spirit. You will learn fundamental yoga postures taught in a step by step manner and be introduced to other important practices including pranayama breathing, chanting, meditation, and more. The session will also create an opportunity for students to build greater self-awareness through the chakra system
